3  A.  Not to my knowledge, I don't recall that.
4  Q.  So your testimony here today is that you did that all on
5  your own?
6  A.  My wife and I strictly -- to the best of my recollection, it
7  was my wife and I strictly constructed this letter.
8  Q.  But certainly you would agree with me that Gregg Harris, Sue
9  Welch and Michael Boutot all requested copies of that letter
10  once it was drafted; isn't that true?
11  A.  That's true.
12  Q.  And, in fact, you sent them copies of that letter; isn't
13  that right?
14  A.  Yes.
15  Q.  And that was arising out of conversations that you had had
16  with Michael Boutot, Gregg Harris and Sue Welch about the fact
17  that you were going to use church discipline against Cheryl
18  Lindsey; isn't that right?
19  A.  I didn't follow you.
20  Q.  Maybe that was confusing, so let me ask you again.
21  Michael Boutot, Gregg Harris and Sue Welch all requested
22  copies of that letter that's in front of you, in the
23  conversations that you had with those three people concerning
24  Cheryl Lindsey; is that right?
25  A.  That's right.
