Jefferson County Public Schools are getting some parental feedback about school building choice. One 5 year old’s parent ‘left the building’ to keep her daughter off the bus and very close to home.

The shuffling of Kentucky’s Jefferson County school children away from their neighborhood schools was enacted to create more diversity in the classrooms. It’s a good cause, but I suspect that Amy Ashley might find few boundaries in diversity outside of the school building.
