David K. Ortiz – Founder & Editor
Hi, I am David, and I created Homeedmag.com, a home education crafting blog.
I have been interested in crafting since I was a child. My mom is a crafter herself, and she taught me the basics of many different crafts. Through her, I learned how to sew, quilt, knit, and crochet. I enjoyed crafting so much that I decided to pursue it as a career. After completing my degree in Fine Arts, I began working as a professional crafter.
I have always been interested in education as well. When my son was born, I decided to homeschool him. It was then that I realized there were not enough resources available for homeschooling families who wanted to incorporate crafting into their curriculum. That’s when I had the idea to start Homeedmag.com.
This blog aims to provide homeschooling families with crafting ideas and resources. I want to show them that art can be a fun and educational activity for the whole family. I also hope to inspire other families to start their home education journey.
You’ll find everything from DIY projects to recipes and everything in between on my blog. So whether you’re a seasoned pro or just getting started, come on over and check us out!
N. Kiet – Artist
Hello everyone N.Kiet here, I’m a current artist for homeedmag.com.
Since I was a little child, drawing has been a hobby that gradually developed into a passion that I take seriously. Since I was a senior in high school, I have painted and received a few awards.
And now that I’ve graduated from high school, I’m beginning to take my efforts to make passion a necessity for society more seriously. I pursued a degree in architecture, and my time in that program significantly altered me. I have taken part in scientific research projects at school and various community painting development projects in addition to the learning and development process. I currently serve as the club’s president at the university I attend.
With my knowledge and the things I do, I hope to be able to provide you with a lot of tutorials. Observe me and my creations on Instagram and other social media.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my blog. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it!
